The configuration options available are;

1) Binocular/Trinocular with either - free standing incident and transmitted lighting - or - inbuilt incident and transmitted illumination.

2) Long arm binocular or trinocular with heavy duty base and free standing epi-illuminator.

The standard optical specifications are:

x10 super widefield eyepieces with rubber eyecups. Zoom objective system giving a magnification range of x7 to x45. Additional eyepieces and supplementary objectives allow an extended magnification range of x3.5 to x180.

Lighting choices:

1) The inbuilt illumination stand has incident and transmitted rhoestat controlled quartz halogen illumination.
|
2) Free standing epi-illuminator which can be deployed as part of a flexible arm system attached to the transformer unit which allows incident illumination from any direction. It may also be attached to the basic stand behind the stereohead or fitted into the base for transmitted illumination
