Ringing Table: a ringing table is a simple but effective device which is essential for preparing permanent slides from fluid and dry mounts. Spinning circular stage complete with slide clips and guide marks. The substantial base also functions as a hand and brush support. By spinning the table and applying sealant with a fine brush wet and dry preparations can be made permanent. See our ringing cements. £21.28

Microscopy and specimen preparation are ideally suited to instructional videos. Brunel Microscopes have developed titles that include topics ideal for both the novice and the more experienced microscopist.
As far as practicable, material is unique to each video with little or no duplication, each title adds to the information and tips covered in the others. Each video lasts for approximately 50-55 minutes and is in PAL format - not suitable for USA.
Introduction to Microscopy BV1 -
Ideal for the beginner or as a refresher course. Includes the setting up, use and care of microscopes, with many practical tips on how to achieve the best images. Elementary specimen preparation is also covered.
Photomicrography BV2 -
