The Meiji cold light fibre optic system is a robust unit ideal for commercial applications and manufactured in Japan. The light unit has an excellent 150 watt light source with an initial colour temperature of 3200K.
The light intensity is continuously variable with intermediate fixed steps. The light unit has a cooling fan, slide in filter tray and heat filter. The sophisticated electronics has a stabilisation system for prolonged bulb life.
There is a choice between single and double gooseneck and continuous ringlight fibre optic arms, which locate into the light unit in a very positive manner and are locked in place with a thumb nut device. Each gooseneck arm is supplied complete with a focus lens system to ensure an intense and focused light spot.
A filter set is available as an accessory. The Meiji units are available in 240 and 110 volt systems.
