The pE-300white is a compact and simple to use LED illumination unit that offers intense illumination at the sample plane. It provides a broad spectrum of illumination, covering the excitation bands of the common fluorescent stains. Spectral coverage is from the UV (DAPI excitation) to the Red region (Cy5 excitation). Operation is by a remote manual control pad with instant on/off and intensity control from 0-100%. Remote control is available via USB or TTL trigger.
