Versatility in magnification, illumination and stand options

The BMZE trinocular stereomicroscope represents a microscope that gives a quality optical performance and a range of stand options. Designed and constructed in a style comparable to the market leaders, the BMZE series represents a modern approach at an extremely competitive price. The long arm versions incorporate a range of stand options.

The BMZE has a magnification range of x10 to x65, and can be extended with additional eyepieces and auxiliary objective lenses. The chart below show the magnification options with the resulting field of view and working distance. Working distance will decrease with the use of auxiliary lenses as shown, although the useable working distance remains constant for each objective irrespective of the position of the zoom control. The microscope is supplied with the x1 objective and SWF x10 eyepieces as standard. The interpupillary distance adjustment range is 55mm to 75mm. A wide range of accessories is available.

BMZE stand options

ST1

Plain stand with pole coarse focus and rack and pinion fine focus.

ST2

LED illumination stand with rheostat brightness control of incident and transmitted illumination. Pole stand for coarse focus adjustment. This is a low level base hardly any thicker than the plain stand (ST1)

ST3

Long arm stand with a heavy duty base for stability and a horizontal arm that can easily vary the distance that the stereohead has above the object. Ideal for example fine soldering where the stand holds the microscope above a work area.

ST5

Bench clamp long arm that will attach to the edge of any standard thickness bench.

ST6

ST7

Long range spring loaded extra boom arm with heavy duty base. Recommended for extended reach use.The unit can be adapted for extra long use and moderate reach use depending on the configuration selected at any particular time. The stand is has 6 wheels and a brake system which allows the microscope to be used without a bench.
